heds ops is the internal operations dashboard for heds, the team behind the carRADIO live music series. It tracks every carRADIO episode from shoot to release in one place.
What it does
- Episode tracking: reads the team’s Jira shoot and edit tickets and shows each episode’s progress, deadlines and handoffs between the editor and the Assistant Director.
- Release tracking: with read-only access to the heds YouTube channel, matches uploaded drafts, scheduled premieres and published episodes to the right episode, so the team can see what is live.
- Standard procedures: shows the team’s editing and coordination steps alongside the work they apply to.
Who can use it
Only members of the heds team, signed in with a heds.io Google account. heds ops never posts, edits or deletes anything on YouTube.
